IAW were appointed to undertake temporary works design for enabling structural alteration on this proposed residential refurbishment scheme. The scope involved external and internal masonry load bearing walls and replace with new steelwork. The temporary works arrangement for removal of external rear wall was designed using specialist Sneedle propping system supported on spreader beams.
